Bristell B23

Certified BRISTELL B23
BRISTELL, the Czech light aircraft manufacturer which has produced more than LSA aircraft worldwide, has launched the BRISTELL B23, its next generation low-wing airplane. The B23 has been designed to satisfy the European CS23 / U.S. FAR23 certification basis. BRISTELL says they “had listened to feedback from many customers from around the world” before designing the new aircraft.
The airplane’s maximum take-off weight of 1650 lbs and empty weight of 992 lbs offer you 660 lbs of useful load. With a 31.7 gal fuel tank capacity, the BRISTELL B23 is “a very good cruiser. The airframe is designed for long life and has a robust structure, which makes it particularly well-suited for flight training,” says Milan Bristela.
While the airplane looks very similar to the classic BRISTELL LSA, there is far more to the new design. The fuselage is longer and the tail with an aluminium rudder is larger; the flaps and stabiliser are bigger and more efficient; the composite main landing gear legs have been redesigned completely to enable them to carry much heavier loads than previous BRISTELL models; and the aircraft’s handling characteristics are much improved too. In addition, the twin elevator trim tab function helps the pilot to optimise the forces on the control stick.
The basic equipment includes a steerable nose wheel and a BRS ballistic parachute rescue system. The standard-equipped aircraft also meets the night-VFR requirements and can be upgraded to meet IFR requirements.

BRISTELL B23 main features
While the BRISTELL B23 is very similar to the classic BRISTELL LSA, its design has been fundamentally modified to withstand much heavier loads than the previous BRISTELL UL-LSA models.
Rescue system FOR MORE SAFETY

BRISTELL B23 has successfully passed the entire certification process without / with a ballistic rescue system from BRS, a company supplying rescue systems, for example, to Cirrus.
EASY TO FLY WITH Autopilot

Cross-country flights with even more comfort and safety. A modern and advanced GARMIN autopilot and GMC 507 control panel will be at your assistance.
Large luggage compartment

The certification for BRISTELL B23 includes the luggage compartment capacity of 2×44 lbs 2 oz in both wings and 33 lbs 1 oz behind the seats. In total, you can load 121 lbs of luggage into the aircraft and you still have 551 lbs of useful load left. This makes the B23 a global winner among GA aircraft.
